Prepare refined seafood dishes from around the world with Chef Dan.
Let your tastebuds delight in this handcrafted seafood meal guided by Chef Dan. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients as you learn how to make a number of elevated recipes.
First, prepare a rich and creamy seafood chowder followed by an arugula and heirloom tomato salad to refresh your palate. Next, expertly grill king salmon and pan-sear scallops to go along with lemon-thyme risotto for the main course. Finally, a chocolate-y twist on the Italian classic tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dan’s extensive culinary résumé includes time spent working as an Executive Chef, the youngest Saucier at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, and even as a culinary TV producer. In addition to his successful career as a chef, he has taught more than 100 cooking classes on TV shows and at the local college level. Teaching is his passion, and he loves to bring the joy of cooking to aspiring chefs of all skill levels.
