Chef Doug was just excellent. I could tell he really cared about my girlfriend and I learning and having an excellent evening. The food was delicious and I’d be happy to try cooking the main course sometime soon. Chef Doug is an all around good person who gave us a great experience. Would certainly recommend to others and I’m planning to schedule him for my mom’s birthday soon. Thanks!

Our experience with Chef Doug was fantastic! Not only was the food amazing, but he was wonderful company to have over for the evening and he left our kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived. We can’t wait to try the recipes he left us again and can’t recommend him enough!

Doug was fantastic. He did a ton of prep to get our meal dialed in, and then taught us how to do the shopping for the special ingredients and prepare all the recipes while improving our skills. The food was amazing - a phenomenal meal - and it was great fun spending the day with Doug.

Chef Doug was amazing. The recipes were delicious and he was very hands on in the lesson. He was also extremely friendly, and made great conversation. He also brings everything you need for the lesson, and does a great job cleaning afterwards. 10/10 will definitely do another course! Thanks for a fantastic evening!

I was lucky to get Doug to come to LA for a class for my division at work. I was the organizer and I was very happy with our Creole Fried Chicken experience. A delicious team builder.
Pasta class was great. I may even try this at home. I wish the class was longer, though.

I never learned to make empanadas with my mom and Abuela, they only taught the girls! Chef Doug taught me and my party how to make empanadas as delicious as my mom"s!
