Join Chef Joel as you create a handful of delicate traditional French pastries.
Say “bonjour” to iconic French pastries in this hands-on baking class with Chef Joel, where you’ll learn how to make a variety of pastries bursting with classic and modern flavors and ingredients.
First, prepare choux pastry to create Paris-Brest with notes of raspberry, citrus and creamy white chocolate, and eclairs filled with the flavors of chocolate and hazelnut. Finally, Chef Joel will show you how to make cream puffs infused with matcha and sesame, and sweet beignets bursting with the fruity tastes of strawberry and rhubarb.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
