In this holiday baking class, Chef Jean Yves will teach you to make a traditional Bûche de Noël, or Yule Log Cake. The recipe, combining a pliant sponge cake, a rich and decadent chocolate mousse, and a voluptuous ganache, will blow away your holiday guests and impress your family! Chef Jean Yves will talk about how this concept can be modified for other holiday festivities and parties, and for other flavor profiles, including pumpkin, vanilla, and caramel. You will receive a copy of the recipe for your home use.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
