Begin class by preparing a perfect beetroot and pistachio crumble salad to start. Your second course features light, mouthwatering scallops and creamy cauliflower, paired with the richness of tender, braised short ribs. For dessert, craft a stunning peach and raspberry cobbler topped with a crunchy oat crisp crumble and warm vanilla custard.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
