You'll never have to travel again to enjoy the best southern comfort dishes in Louisiana after taking this hands-on cooking course. Chef Danielle will provide her regional and culinary expertise to teach you how to make four indulgent dishes at home!
To start, you'll make a Louisiana staple: A wholesome, robust chicken and sausage gumbo. Then, chow down on a greasy, fried shrimp po'boy and decadent creamy deviled eggs. Finish the experience by crafting a New Orleans classic dessert of sweet bread pudding topped with a zingy bourbon sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Talented, skilled personal chef, who knows her way around a kitchen. We had such a great time learning to make pizza dough, zeppole and caprese salad! My 12 year old thinks this is the best pizza he has ever had. Chef Danielle is sweet, funny and provides an amazing personalized experience. We highly recommend her and will have another class with her soon!
