Booked the class Cajun Butter Fettuccine From Scratch with Chef Dee in Dallas

Very disappointing experience. I took my wife here for her birthday after having enjoyed other cooking classes in Dallas. We paid $160 to only make pasta ( no cooking) At all the cooking classes we have attended you get to eat what you prepare, but that wasn’t the case here. Everyone’s pasta was combined into one pot for the chef to cook. My wife’s pasta had eggshells in it and the pasta we made did not have egg shells, so she couldn’t eat, and we were served a small portion with two tiny shrimp and a spoon…yes a spoon. We left hungry and had to go somewhere else to eat. I understand it was the chef’s first adult class, but the company should make sure instructors are properly prepared before charging customers for this experience. I would not book again.

Booked the class Cajun Butter Fettuccine From Scratch with Chef Dee in Dallas

Fettuccine with butter garlic sauce. The instructor needs better assistance and more supplies/tools. You could tell he was not prepared as his first time teaching this course.
