Cooking Class - Caribbean Island Vibes
In this hands-on class, Chef Sharon has designed an impressive four-course island menu intended to teach you all about Caribbean flavors and ingredients, as well as how to use different techniques to forge new and exciting flavor combinations.
You will start with a smooth black bean cream soup topped with sweet and salty caramelized pork rinds before building a succulent seafood and green plantain tostada. You will then learn how to make your own ricotta, an eggless coconut flan, green mango confit, and a tropical and refreshing passion fruit granita.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
