Cooking Class - Classic French Pastry Workshop
The French are known for their delicate pastries that taste indulgent and look like art. In this pastry-making workshop, you'll learn how to prepare traditional French desserts with upscale twists and high-quality ingredients.
To start, Chef Ashley will show you how to make a classic créme brûlée, but with the complimentary flavors of sweet vanilla bean and tangy orange. Then, you'll make to-die-for vanilla cream puffs topped with a tart blackberry compote. Finish with moist flourless chocolate cake with strawberry compote and a light, creamy mint Chantilly cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
