Recreate some of your favorite chocolate-based desserts in this cooking class with Chef Sima. She'll teach you professional techniques for baking, decorating and presenting a mouthwatering selection of chocolatey treats worthy of the finest dessert cart. Begin with personal-sized mousse cups beautifully layered in dessert glasses. Then, create tartlets with tender cookie dough filled with chocolate and fresh fruit and prepare a batch of indulgent fudge studded with fresh nuts. Each recipe includes a selection of stylish decorations of chocolate and fruit to top your take-home creations.
