Enhance your sweet and savory French pastry skills with Chef Eric.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Eric will teach you how to make buttery, flaky pastry dough that will elevate your pies, tarts and galettes.

Begin by using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create your own fruit filling for a unique fruit tartlet. Then, practice the traditional French techniques behind patisserie-worthy creations, such as a classic pâte à choux. This will serves as the base for savory gougères made with Gruyere cheese and bright herbs, as well as sweet profiteroles filled with ice cream you will create next. Finally, make your own luscious chocolate sauce to use as a topping.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had a great time at this class. Chef Eric is very friendly and fun while also being extremely knowledgeable about cooking/baking theory. Everything we made tasted amazing, and it showed me just how accessible these recipes really are, even if they might be intimidating at first. This class is great even if you have experience baking - you’ll still learn lots of useful things. I would definitely go back again!

This is an overdue review for an incredible time with Chef Eric! My boyfriend and I took his French Pastry class around Valentine's Day and it was such a great learning experience. Eric walked us through all the steps, showed us his techniques of making the perfect dough, and also sent us home with extra dough so we could make a second galette at home on our own. Overall, highly recommend Chef Eric and we're looking forward to taking more of his classes!

Amazing class! It was a small group and very hands on, so we got to do everything ourselves once Eric showed us the technique. Eric was very accommodating of my vegetarian dietary restriction and we were able to learn lot in a short period of time, from several pasta shapes to two sauces and a dessert. He also showed us some basic knife skills and other kitchen hacks. All in all, everything we learnt was super fun yet totally replicable at home. Highly recommend!!
