Journey through Chef Jarrett's favorite Latin communities with authentic cuisine from the likes of Miami and the cobblestone streets of San Juan. Electrify your soul with zesty, citrus-infused dishes made with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to balance an extensive flavor profile. Start with a refreshing Spanish salad, then handcraft a flavor-packed roasted mojo pork Havana roll. For your entrée, create chicken palomilla complete with citrus adobo, sazon and cumin, and finish with a brandy-infused no-bake strawberry cheesecake served in a glass!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had the Havana Rolls at Event Chef Jarrett had done. They were top notch, savory pork, hickory ham and the citrus Dijon dip. Wow a must try.

Outstanding service from the table decor, menu cards. Chef J did my anniversary dinner 3 Courses. Outstanding Pecan Crusted Salmon with Cajun Crab Butter is a must.

Chef Did a Cooking Class for me and my fiance. It was delicious he was very informative, funny, and we enjoyed our cooking class.
