Cooking Class - Sushi Workshop and East Asian Fare
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jalen, you'll prepare a menu of sushi and other Asian-inspired dishes, along with a slew of culinary tips. This instructional class is great for sushi-making beginners, as well as more experienced home cooks.
Begin with better-than-take-out fried rice with shrimp, chicken and vegetables. Then, move on to the sushi-making workshop, learning how to prep and roll sushi like a pro. After the sushi, cook up chicken skewers to pair with a sweet and spicy marinade. For dessert, enjoy Japanese-style donuts loaded with cinnamon sugar, caramel and chocolate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
