Learn to roll two classic sushi favorites from scratch

In this cooking class, you’ll learn how to make sushi that actually looks and tastes legit. Chef Shaun will walk you through knife skills, prepping fresh ingredients and mastering perfectly seasoned sushi rice without the stress.

 

Then it’s time to roll! You’ll build a classic California roll with avocado, cucumber and surimi, plus a fresh veggie roll with mango, avocado and cucumber. Using a traditional bamboo mat, you’ll roll, slice and admire your work before diving in. Expect a fun, hands-on experience with plenty of laughs and “wait, I made this?” moments. Surf and Turf with Mashed Potatoes and Crème Brûlée. Learned so many different techniques on how to cook steak and my boyfriend loved learning how quick and easy it is to cook crab cakes! 10/10 chef!
