WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this cooking class, you’ll learn hands-on sushi-making techniques as you prepare perfectly textured sushi rice and practice rolling with nori. You’ll make a spicy tuna roll with sushi-grade tuna, Japanese mayo and sriracha, plus a fresh vegetable roll filled with cucumber and avocado.
You’ll also sharpen your knife skills while learning how to slice ingredients and build neat, flavorful rolls from scratch. With plenty of guidance and a relaxed brewery setting, you can enjoy the process, taste your creations and laugh through any sushi that takes a slightly scenic route. Book your spot today!

Our group of 10 attended Chef Tiore’s class on pasta making with Bolognese sauce & had the best time! It was fun & she is very knowledgeable & entertaining! All supplies were provided & we learned some great tips along the way. I highly recommend taking a class from her! Thanks, Chef Tiore, for helping us master our pasta making skills!!

Our class was good. We actually meet some people from our home town. However, it was not great to find out that we paid way more than the other guests in the class that used other booking services.
