In this cooking class, you’ll roll up your sleeves and finally learn how dumplings go from “intimidating” to “I can make these anytime.” Chef Shaun will guide you through mixing a juicy pork filling with Napa cabbage, scallions, ginger and sesame oil, plus a veggie option that’s just as delicious.

Chef Shaun’s New Orleans-inspired menu was perfect. We’ve already re-created the Maque Choux. The whole evening was lovely.

We cooked filet mignon, garlic mashed potatoes, crab cakes, & crème brûlée. Everything was fantastic and Sean was a great chef to learn beside. I would 100% recommend booking with him!
