Follow along as she shows you how to fuse the best of Vietnamese cuisine with various other techniques, ingredients and flavor profiles.
Begin by stuffing, rolling and frying your own Vietnamese crab puffs. Then, put together a light and bright Korean green salad. For the main dish, cook a delicate grilled pork vermicelli with a twist before finishing on a fresh note with a sweet tropical fruit mix.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
