Fresh herbs pack a flavorful punch in this specially cultivated cooking class with Chef Casey, where you'll learn all about the flavor profiles, pairings and creative uses of common herbs that can be grown right in your kitchen.
Throughout class, you'll learn foundational cooking techniques, such as making basil and sage-infused pasta, searing a thyme and rosemary-crusted pork loin, and whipping up homemade herb butter to pair with roasted vegetables. Finish by making an unforgettable herbaceous sorbet using an unexpected ingredient.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
