Discover the fun of cooking with beer from appetizer to dessert in this cooking class with Chef Casey as each course highlights a different variety of beer to enhance its flavor.
A bold Belgian beer pairs with steamed fresh mussels and garlic, and rich salmon fillets marinated in a light hefeweizen before hitting the grill. Finish with a smooth and malty stout ice cream. In addition to incorporating a variety of beer into the menu, you'll learn techniques for perfectly cooked seafood and about unique ingredients, such as preserved lemons.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
