Cooking Class - Middle Eastern Mezze

Gather around the table and create flavorful dips and spreads from the Middle East.

The culinary traditions of the Middle East center around sharing meals, and a mezze platter filled with bold herbs and spices and creamy textures makes the perfect centerpiece. In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Pooja, you'll learn how to build one from scratch.

First, learn how to achieve the ideal texture of hummus and balance the flavors of muhammara — a classic roasted red pepper dip. Then, whip up a creamy labneh dip and herbaceous tabouli. Chef Pooja will also teach you how to bake pita chips to serve with your array of dips and spreads.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
