Enjoy Italian fare without the meat in this fresh and simple Italian cooking class.

Each recipe you'll learn in this Italian cooking class with Chef Mary is packed with fresh, high-quality ingredients that are free of meat — perfect for preparing a traditional menu straight from Italy.

Begin by making crunchy egg fritters, then toss together a kale salad loaded with pine nuts, grated Parmesan and peppers. Then, Chef Mary will teach you how to make homemade linguini pasta with fresh tomato sauce for your entrée. For dessert, enjoy a twist on the classic olive oil cake with chocolate, cherries and almonds.

Mary was wonderful! The entire experience was so much fun. The food was delicious and we learned some new skills as well as dishes. She was a great teacher and just so much fun to learn from. I would definitely recommend taking a class from her. You will learn and leave full and happy. We will be back for sure!
