Prepare to get your hands dirty as Chef Ben guides you through making both pasta and mozzarella cheese from scratch that you'll enjoy with a variety of local, seasonal ingredients.
Chef Ben will begin by teaching you how to make handmade mozzarella paired with fresh produce from the local market, and classic sautéed mussels with saffron, white wine, parsley and garlic toast. Then, it's time to make semolina dumplings to enjoy in a dish with white wine and herbs, and a decadent ricotta tart with chocolate and pine nuts.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
