Discover global flavors and hands-on kitchen skills in this culinary session for young chefs.

Young chefs will embark on a delicious culinary adventure in this hands-on cooking class series with Chef Sharon, a top-rated culinary expert in making kids feel confident and at home kitchens. Private afternoon sessions are available for kids and families who prefer a more personalized experience. Hosted in your home these cooking series are perfect for children, cousins visiting for the summer, small groups of friends or a birthday culinary celebration.

 

The class travels through five countries in whole session – starting with handmade fettuccine from Italy, moving to vegetable dumplings from China, veggie sushi rolls from Japan, golden arepas from Venezuela and finishing with fresh spring rolls inspired by Vietnam. Young chefs will also sharpen safe knife skills and learn kitchen organization along the way. Each day, young chefs prepare one signature dish while building real kitchen confidence. Skills young chefs will learn:

  • Safe knife skills using kid-friendly knives.
  • Dough mixing, rolling and shaping.
  • Folding dumplings and assembling global dishes.
  • Kitchen organization and teamwork.
  • Cultural appreciation through international cuisine.

Open to ages 6–16, this drop-off experience is chef-guided from start to finish in a fully electric kitchen with no open flames. All ingredients and materials are included, and every session is kept intentionally small to encourage teamwork, confidence and plenty of hands-on time at the counter.
