Cooking Class - Fresh Pasta From Scratch
Get hands-on, pasta-making experience in this four-course cooking class with Chef Roger, where you'll mix and knead pasta dough and cut two different shapes using a pasta machine.
As Chef Roger teaches you how to prepare the dough, you'll learn about the flours used and why they make great pasta. After cutting your dough, prepare classic bolognese sauce, and a fresh spinach and mushroom pasta dish. To round out the meal, you'll make a simple vinaigrette to enjoy over fresh greens, and traditional chewy Italian almond cookies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
