In this interactive hands-on class with Chef Andre, you'll learn expert techniques to cook a perfect, crispy-skinned salmon filet, as well as the best sides to pair with fresh salmon.
Begin by mixing and baking fluffy buttermilk biscuits, then cook your salmon like a pro, seasoned with fresh herbs. Next, prepare lemon asparagus and a silky parsnip and potato purée accented by white wine and butter, then Chef Andre will show you how to plate your main course like a master chef. For dessert, you'll bake the perfect crinkly pan banging cookies with bittersweet chocolate.

Chef Andre is fantastic and he definitely knows how to teach a class. He took time to explain all of his choices and why it matters when it comes choosing certain ingredients and techniques over others. He taught me a lot of great methods that I'm definitely going to be incorporating in my cooking and you can definitely tell he has a lot of great experience when it comes to instruction. I would highly recommend Chef Andre for anyone looking to up their game in the kitchen!

After spending years honing his craft in well-known Las Vegas restaurants, Chef Andre moved to Los Angeles and became a TV cooking show host where he now specializes in teaching modern cuisine as well as mixology classes.
