Experience hands-on culinary training with Chef Telah as you dive deep into the world of vegan cooking using fresh ingredients and vibrant spices.
Across three courses, you'll learn how to craft healthy meals starting with a crowd-pleasing lentil and mashed parsnips and white sweet potato shepherd's pie. Next, you'll recreate a dinner classic using plant-focused ingredients to create chipotle vegan gluten-free macaroni and cheese. For your final course, learn how to perfect freshly roasted fennel, fresh pear and baby arugula salad.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
