In this hands-on class with Chef Justin, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course menu using a bounty of fresh, high-quality shellfish and easy-to-master recipes and culinary techniques.
Chef Justin will begin by teaching you how to prepare a classic mignonette sauce for an oysters on the half shell appetizer. Then, you will learn how to prepare brown butter-seared sea scallops with butternut squash purée and blistered broccolini for your entrèe. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with a silky smooth bourbon butterscotch pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
