In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Richard, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course dinner starring creamy lobster risotto.
Chef Richard will begin by teaching you how to build a caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Then, for the main event, you will learn how to prepare creamy risotto with lobster tails, asparagus, roasted tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. Lastly, you'll prepare a rich dark chocolate cake topped with vanilla ice cream, candied pistachios, and warm chocolate sauce for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
