Learn how to make a classic pasta favorite using fresh handmade dough.
Join Chef Neilie as she guides you through preparing a variety of authentic Italian favorites using fresh, high-quality ingredients in this hands-on cooking class.
First, you'll begin with a refreshing bibb lettuce salad with radishes and sherry shallot vinaigrette. Then, prepare tagliatelle using handmade pasta dough, and traditional bolognese with grass-fed beef, tomatoes, red wine, carrots and celery. For dessert, you'll make creamy affogato that features a scoop of ice cream topped with a steaming espresso shot.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Neilie is knowledgeable and fun and made this cooking class a memorable experience! The atmosphere was top notch and the food was to die for. I can’t speak highly enough of our experience. I recommend her pasta class (I've already made the recipe again!), and I’ll definitely be back to learn more from this brilliant chef!!

Chef Neilie is a professional chef with over 20 years of experience. With a background in the kitchen that includes working as a line cook, kitchen manager, bartender, and more, Chef Neilie utilized this knowledge and expertise to begin a career as a private chef, where she focused on cooking impeccable meals on a small scale to exclusive clients who have included some of NYC’s social and political elite.
