Join Chef Neilie as she guides you through preparing a variety of authentic Italian favorites using fresh, high-quality ingredients in this hands-on cooking class.
First, you'll begin with a refreshing bibb lettuce salad with radishes and sherry shallot vinaigrette. Then, prepare tagliatelle using handmade pasta dough, and traditional bolognese with grass-fed beef, tomatoes, red wine, carrots and celery. For dessert, you'll make creamy affogato that features a scoop of ice cream topped with a steaming espresso shot.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
