WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn how to mix, roll and shape two types of pasta with Chef Noah.
Dive into the exciting art of handcrafted pasta as you prepare an authentic Italian meal using smart cooking techniques taught by Chef Noah.
In this hands-on pasta-making class, you'll start by forming and rolling pasta sheets. Once the pasta is cut, Chef Noah will guide you through preparing the sweet corn farce — or filling — for cappellacci, and a fresh tomato, zucchini and yellow squash sauce for your tagliatelle noodles. Finish with refreshing blueberry compote, cream and candied pepitas for dessert.
