Dive into the exciting art of handcrafted pasta as you prepare an authentic Italian meal using smart cooking techniques taught by Chef Noah.
In this hands-on pasta-making class, you'll start by forming and rolling pasta sheets. Once the pasta is cut, Chef Noah will guide you through preparing the sweet corn farce — or filling — for cappellacci, and a fresh tomato, zucchini and yellow squash sauce for your tagliatelle noodles. Finish with refreshing blueberry compote, cream and candied pepitas for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Keller was very friendly and personable. He carried a great conversation and shared a bit of his cooking history with me. The food was absolutely delicious. The dishes are very unique and creative; a work of art! The space was clean, sanitary, and organized. I would definitely work with Chef Keller again!

Entrepreneur and culinary virtuoso Chef Noah has more than six years of professional culinary experience as an executive chef and sous chef under his belt. He has also had the opportunity to cook for legendary chefs, including Thomas Keller and Nobu Matsuhisa. Chef Noah currently owns his own business and loves being able to host fun and interactive dinner parties, and teaching others how to do the same.
