Expand your culinary skills in this hands-on class with Chef Kenneth as he guides you through preparing a three-course, lobster-centric menu.

Begin by creating a crunchy sweet potato bites with spicy shrimp, avocado, garlic, cilantro, paprika and red onion. Then, master the art of lobster Newburg, prepared with chunks of tender lobster meat in a decadent brandy cream sauce served alongside roasted Parmesan asparagus and mushrooms. For dessert, learn how to make fiery bananas Foster sautéed in a gooey caramelized sugar and rum sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kenneth and his wife were absolutely fabulous in this cooking class. My girlfriend and I felt right at home and they showed us how to make all 3 recipes with patience and humor. Highly recommended and I had a wonderful time!
