Explore the distinctive flavors of Southern cuisine during this culinary lesson with Chef Joy.

Chef Joy will be your knowledgeable guide during this interactive cooking class, where you’ll discover the techniques for preparing a heartwarming Southern feast. You will delight in a four-course feast created by yourself under the guidance of step-by-step instructions.

Inspired by the Gulf of Mexico coastline, class begins by stuffing tomatoes with fresh crab and Parmesan. Next, cook wild-caught salmon paired with shrimp blanketed in a creamy Cajun-spiced sauce and sided by potatoes in butter. For dessert, Chef Joy will teach you how to bake a delicate peach puff pastry tart with mascarpone.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
