Master traditional sushi-making techniques in this fun cooking class that's perfect for all skill levels.

Learn the traditional art of Japanese sushi-making in this hands-on cooking class. Guided by a world-class chef, you'll prepare two classic sushi rolls: a California roll with crab, avocado, and julienned cucumber and a fresh vegetable roll with sweet mango added. You'll master the technique of seasoning sushi rice, sharpen your knife skills and work with delicate nori to create balanced sushi rolls. By the end of the class, you'll have the skills and confidence to recreate authentic sushi rolls at home, impressing your friends and family.

Chef Mark was absolutely amazing and so helpful, we had the best time making sushi with him and he was so knowledgeable on everything. He was especially helpful when you needed and gave us all the recipes so you can make it at home too. We totally recommend Chef Mark and his classes for anyone wanting to have a fun time and learn to cook something new, we’re already looking into our next class with him!
