Take a culinary journey to the Mediterranean and learn how to cook its traditional dishes.
During this hands-on cooking class, Chef Joy will showcase the bright and vibrant flavors characteristic of the Mediterranean and will teach you tips and tricks for making each course from scratch.
Start by baking feta to enjoy with fried pita and an herbed dipping oil. For the entrée, you'll slice and skewer chicken and steak for a souvlaki dish served with a garlic yogurt dip, lemony rice and seasonal vegetables roasted with herbs. Finish by preparing a decadent plant-based cheesecake made with cashews, honey, white chocolate and raspberries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
