Join Chef Mark for an immersive cooking class where you'll master the fundamentals of fresh pasta. Learn the perfect flour-to-egg ratio, plus the essential role of olive oil and salt in achieving a silky dough. Practice kneading, resting, and rolling techniques to create pasta with the perfect al dente bite. While the dough rests, prepare a classic marinara sauce with tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. Finish by pairing your handmade fettuccine with the aromatic sauce for an authentic, flavorful Italian dish.

This class is so much fun. Chef Mark makes it a really good time and gets every involved throughout the class and gives great tips for cooking in general. I learned so much and can’t wait to try out what I learned at home.

Now we know how easy sushi is! He shared the most complicated part of it all…making the rice! Gave us a recipe to get us started at home!

Chef Mark was absolutely amazing and so helpful, we had the best time making sushi with him and he was so knowledgeable on everything. He was especially helpful when you needed and gave us all the recipes so you can make it at home too.
