Begin the class by making a rich French onion soup topped with toasted ciabatta and creamy provolone cheese. Next, make savory seared lamb chops with a red wine demi glaze and roasted shallots served with a potato purée and honey brown sugar glazed carrots with a twist of orange serve. For dessert, learn how to make an apple crumble topped with whipped cream and caramel.

Great experience, Chef Dee was informative and the meal was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend Chef Dee! It was nice to do in our home. Next time we will invite some friends to come enjoy too!
