Cooking Class - Elevated Filipino Adobo

Begin with a creamy adobo dip, then enjoy a bitter melon salad with mangoes, tomatoes and dressing. You'll then combine prawns and salted egg with a coconut cream sauce for a delightful seafood treat. Your entrée features chicken adobo roulade with chicken liver pâté accompanied by adobo fried rice. Finally, learn how to make handmade canonigo, a Filipino pastry dish with meringue and calamansi curd.
