In this hands-on class with Chef Kathy, you will learn how to prepare a flavor-forward four-course vegetarian menu featuring a multitude of high-quality ingredients you can find at any local grocer.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering include a citrusy kale and Brussels sprout salad with almonds and freshly-grated Parmesan, a spicy cauliflower and chickpea dish brightened with tahini sauce and fresh herbs, roasted vegetable steaks with black beans and a creamy homemade spicy avocado sauce, and a raw key lime avocado pie for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an amazing time and Chef Kathy was so welcoming, kind and so thoughtful when it came to the details of our experience. It was wonderful!!! We definitely want to do it again. We really enjoyed learning and of course eating the food. She made our anniversary feel special and we will cherish every moment forever.

Chef Kathy is a talented, creative chef who has worked in the culinary industry for over 20 years as a caterer, a personal chef and a pastry chef specializing in exclusive wedding cakes. She is also well-versed in creating menus that meet specific needs, desires and diets, and is a certified Master Food Preserver. Chef Kathy has a passion for cooking and looks forward to sharing her knowledge, skills and techniques with you.
