Fully immerse yourself in the French culinary world with Chef Nicholas as he teaches you all about proper technique and French theory while using fresh, high-quality ingredients in every dish.
Begin by making Parmesan crisps topped with tangy goat cheese and fig jam, then learn the essentials of making homemade hollandaise sauce served alongside boiled artichokes. For the entrée, learn what it takes to perfectly season and sear steak served with pomme purée, marinated roasted mushrooms and béarnaise sauce. Finally, bake a homemade carrot cake with a handful of warm spices and cream cheese.
