Begin by making crispy broccolini paired with Parmesan cheese and lemon, then dive into making fresh pasta dough. First, you'll make garganelli with a creamy and smoky pumpkin sauce, then craft a vegetarian-friendly spin on classic pappardelle pasta with meatless ragú. For dessert, enjoy frozen custard.
