Dive into the fundamentals of making two types of homemade pasta with Chef Meryl.
Learn the basics of pasta making from dough to finished dish using high-quality ingredients and smart cooking techniques. With Chef Meryl as your guide, you'll explore two varieties of handmade pasta in this hands-on class: garganelli and pappardelle.

Begin by making crispy broccolini paired with Parmesan cheese and lemon, then dive into making fresh pasta dough. First, you'll make garganelli with a creamy and smoky pumpkin sauce, then craft a vegetarian-friendly spin on classic pappardelle pasta with meatless ragú. For dessert, enjoy frozen custard.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
