Join Chef Parsati and learn how to use your air fryer to make a variety of dishes.

Learn how to use your air fryer with the guidance of Chef Parsati to create several dishes from around the world while using less oil than you would if deep frying.

Begin the hands-on class with Lebanese-style chicken breast featuring Mediterranean spices and yogurt, and drumstick chicken tandoori made with Indian spices and pickled onions. Next, learn how to make crispy chicken gobi with cauliflowe, Mexican herbs and potlatch seasoning, and master a mint and yogurt cucumber dip that pairs perfectly with your dishes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Booked this event for team bonding and it was a blast! The food was delicious and absolutely loved how many tips and tricks we got along the way of cooking. Great evening with Chef Parsati! She did an excellent job of helping us cook an incredibly delicious and healthy dinner. We learned a lot and really enjoyed the whole process! She was also super helpful in providing us recipes for everything we cooked as well as helping us find some of the tools and spices needed.

We had an enjoyable time with Chef Parsati. She's so knowledgeable and accomodating, and the food was delicious! She explained the significance of what we were cooking, and modified the recipes to fit the needs of our group without changing the recipes too much.
