Master Chef Katie’s secrets to making timeless homemade desserts with friends.

Grab your besties, and get ready to bake! In this hands-on Galentine's class, you'll learn how to craft four desserts completely from scratch using high-quality ingredients while celebrating and bonding with your best girls.

Chef Katie will teach you everything you need to know to make four favorite sweet treats, including breaking into teams to roll decadent chocolate truffles, preparing chocolate you'll use for chocolate-covered strawberries, and whipping up the batter then baking molten red velvet cakes. Finally, learn techniques to make heart-shaped French macarons in a variety of colors and flavors.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
