WHAT YOU’LL DO
Join sushi extraordinaire Chef Christian as he presents sushi and fun, all rolled into one.
Sushi masters study for years to create the beautiful dishes they present, but you can learn how to create satisfying sushi rolls in just a few hours with guidance from Chef Christian.
Begin by preparing authentic sushi rice, then learn classic techniques to make both traditional and American-influenced sushi rolls, which the chef will then cut for you. Dishes you can look forward to making from scratch include either a cucumber or tuna roll, crunchy shrimp tempura, a California roll, and inari pockets with avocado and crispy fried onions.

We had a group of 4 attend the impressive sushi class with chef Chris. Everything was nicely prepped for us when we arrived. It was a great hands on experience and teaching throughout the class. We will definitely love to take the tempura class when we are back in Florida. Thanks for a fun family day!
