Create a classic steakhouse-style multi-course meal in this guided cooking class with Chef William.
Learn a range of traditional cooking techniques from a classically trained chef in this cooking class with Chef William.
He will help you create a three-course meal from scratch starting with an arugula, apple, Parmesan and walnut salad. Your main course will be a surf and turf combo featuring steak and crab stuffing alongside roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables. For dessert, make your own homemade chocolate bars. They will be served with homemade whipped cream and ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
