Travel through the traditional culinary world of Tuscany with Chef Ruel.
Chef Ruel draws upon his vast experience to deliver a culinary experience focused on the fresh and vibrant flavors of Tuscany, and time-honored cooking techniques.
In this class, you will be preparing a four-course meal with handmade pasta as the star. Using various culinary tricks, you will learn how to create authentic dishes that are inspired by the beautiful land of Tuscany, including a savory antipasto platter, a fresh garden vegetable panzanella salad, fresh fettuccine with a porcini mushroom-truffle sauce, and a tangy Meyer lemon sorbetto for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Ruel is awesome! We were lucky enough to be the only couple who booked that night and had an amazing experience. We had so much fun cooking an amazing delicious meal.

This was our first Cozymeal dining experience, and boy did Chef Ruel set a high bar! The food was absolutely amazing. He did a fantastic job coaching us through the cooking process, explaining his different techniques to bring the most out of each dish. He is very personable, and put effort into the venue making sure the space was spotless and ready for cooking. Can't recommend him highly enough.

We had a great time with Chef Ruel! Great entertainment and we learned how to make amazing pasta. The menu was well selected, instructions were on point and it felt like we were spending time with a good friend. What a wonderful evening with food that we can't wait to re-create! Can't wait to try some of Chef Ruel's other menus in the future :)

Chef Ruel is a certified culinary trainer and recipe tester specializing in South American and plant-based cuisines. Chef Ruel has spent many years working behind the scenes in the hotel and hospitality industries and has since transitioned into the corporate space. Now, Chef Ruel works for one of the largest companies in the world teaching interactive cooking classes in a state-of-the-art teaching kitchen.
