Begin with a mouthwatering grilled flank steak atop fresh arugula and spinach, followed by learning how to perfectly sear a New York strip steak served alongside heirloom carrots bursting with the flavors of rosemary and garlic. For dessert, you'll whip up a chocolate ganache brownie baked in a cast iron skillet and topped with cardamom mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class was great! We left feeling so stuffed!! We cooked two different types of steak, a salad, and a brownie dessert which was amazing. A great learning environment that you can have fun in. Alfio Has so much great advice for cooking! Highly recommend taking a class with Alfio! This was our second class and we can’t wait to try another.

Meet your chef
Chef Alfio is a chef who wears many hats. He has worked as a chef across various restaurants as well as on cruise ships He also appeared on Food Network's Kitchen Casino, winning the show's premiere episode. While Chef Alfio loves cooking, he also enjoys helping others learn to cook. He spends much of his time teaching cooking classes and consulting with others in the hospitality industry.
