Having lived and studied in Paris, Chef Phoebe is well-versed in French cuisine. You'll learn traditional dishes like pissaladière, a classic savory tart, and bouillabaisse, a seafood stew. You'll end the meal with the perfect dessert--crème caramel!

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine to enjoy with the class and dinner to follow.

Her formal education includes studying French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and at the Culinary Institute of America. She then moved to the Bay Area and started her own personal chef service. Chef Phoebe has cooked for presidential candidates, foreign leaders, and other international figures, and enjoys sharing her love of food through cooking classes.
