In this cooking class, Chef Phoebe will teach you how to prepare some classic southern French dishes.
Having lived and studied in Paris, Chef Phoebe is well-versed in French cuisine. You'll learn traditional dishes like pissaladière, a classic savory tart, and bouillabaisse, a seafood stew. You'll end the meal with the perfect dessert--crème caramel!
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine to enjoy with the class and dinner to follow.
