Cooking Class - Chocolate Ganache Drip Cake

You've seen them on TV, and now you can take your cake decorating skills to the next level with this drip cake class and guidance from Chef Kristine.
Begin by preparing homemade cake batter (baking is demonstration only) and a Swiss meringue buttercream, followed by applying frosting to the cake. Next, you'll mix icing colors together to create a watercolor effect and to add texture to your cake. Next, add a layer of luscious chocolate ganache that will drip beautifully down your cake. Finally, decorate the top with homemade marshmallows, French macarons and marbled meringues dusted with edible gold. All guests will receive a recipe card and a take-home jar of dry cake mix ingredients to bake at home.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
