Cooking Class - The Perfect Birthday Cake

The class begins with preparing homemade cake batter (baking is demonstration only) and a silky Swiss meringue buttercream, followed by smoothly applying frosting to your cake. Next, you will mix icing colors to create a beautiful watercolor texture to your cake, then add an additional layer of chocolate ganache drip. Finally, decorate this celebratory cake with a birthday banner, homemade marshmallows, French macarons, and edible gold. All guests will receive a recipe card and a take-home jar of dry cake mix ingredients to bake at home.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
