Cooking Class - Traditional Steak Dinner

In this cooking class with Chef Neilie, you'll begin by assembling a Caesar salad with toast points, then cook the perfect flank steak with compound butter and a cherry reduction that's sure to impress anyone you serve it to. You will also be taught how to roast broccoli and prepare twice-baked sweet potatoes, which you will top with a healthy dose of Parmesan. End on a sweet note with an icebox cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
